In this talk, we addressed the challenges that Latin America and the Inter-American Human Rights System face regarding human trafficking. Lic. Sebastian Salas emphasized tackling rights violations from the root, as there are historically vulnerable groups within States with which there is a historical debt. The West has the idea that people should be educated about what each right is and how much they are worth.
